The Women’s Empowerment Series was devised as a means to increase participants’ self worth, build self-esteem, life management and employ-ability skills. The program continues interpersonal skills development workshops. Topics addressed in various sessions include self-esteem, goal setting, assertiveness and effective communications, financial education, maintaining healthy relationships, effective parenting, interview skills training, resume writing, among other job skills components.

• The Wheels to Work Program offers qualifying women ownership of vehicles. If you are interested in donating a car please call us. Remember all donations are tax deductible. We accept gently used clothing, furniture and household goods.
• The Empowering Women to Build Careers Program provides career tools and skills such as exploring work opportunities, job search, writing resumes, role playing, effective communication skills, and dressing for the job.
• Knowledge is Power! Our Community Outreach programs enable us to educate and inform the public in a variety of forums an settings. Our Speakers Bureau is available to speak at your workplace, meeting, community center or church.
